In terms of SRO 24 of 2019 dated 10-01-2019 and SO 364 dated 27-11-2020, dpplication on plain paper are invited from non-PSC/retired persons for engdqement as

Professors/Associate Professors/Assistant Professors on Academic Arrangement basis, initially for a period of one year, extendable upi to maximum of six years (one year at a time and subject to performance and good conduct) or till the selection/promotion is made in dccordancei with recruitment rules governinq the respective posts, whichever is earlier. The last date for submission of completed application forms in the office of Principal GMC Baramulla is 11thianudry 2021 upto 4 PM.

The eligibility conditions and dge for submitting the applications shall be as under

The candidates shall submit the copies of the following documents with their applications:

MBBS Degree and state/MCI Reqistration Certificate

Post-Graduate Degree and Additional Qualification Registration Certificate;

Higher Qualification Certif icate (DM/MCH only);

Experience Certificate issued by the Competent Authority/ Hedd of the institution;

Professional publications, published in indexed/national journals, as prescribed.

Domicile certificate. The detaits of the posts.

The Professor and Associate Professors so appointed on Academic Arrangement basis in new Government Medical Colleqe Baramulla shall also be entitled to ddditional monthly incentives of Rs. 50,000/- and Rs. 45,000/respectively. The dppointee shall also be entitled to house rent allowance (HRA), as applicable to in-service candidates carrying the minimum ot pre-revised scale of the post subject to fulfilment of the conditions provided under the relevant rules in this regard.

The appointments against the advertised posts shatl and shall always be on academic

arrangement basis only without conferment of any preferential riqht on the engagees for regular appointment dgainst these posts, which shall be made strictly in accordance with the relevant recruitment rules. The appointment on Academic Arrangement basis shall by itself stand terminated on attainment of (70) years of age and (65) years by faculty in Dentistry department. The services of an dppointee under these rules can be terminated before the expiry of the tenure of dppointment with one month s notice from either side or on payment of one month s salary in lieu of notice by the appointing duthority.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Chairperson of the Selection Committee shall be final.
